1031 Exchange Accommodation Services

A
1031 Exchange, also known as a
Like Kind Exchange,
is a way of structuring the sale of certain kinds of property so that the
seller’s profit or gain is not currently taxed. With a 1031 exchange, instead
of recognizing the gain on sale of property, the seller’s profit or gain can be
deferred to a future date because the property is replaced with another “like
kind” property. To ensure the transactions are structured properly, exchanges
are typically handled by an exchange accommodator or
Qualified
Intermediary.
Nevada Security Bank is pleased to offer 1031 Exchange Accommodation Services
through either Granite Exchange Services (
www.GES1031.com)
